Additional limb in Epic skeleton rig template

Hi, I have a character with a third arm. Using Epic skeleton template (so I can retarget animations later) I made a standard biped rig, but how do I connect additional not standard parts to my rig?

What have you tried so far? Where are you getting stuck?

You can’t parent a guide under a specific spine joint for example. But you could use a constraint after the rig is built.

The parent joint index might help you parent the joints in the right place in the hierarchy. But you might still need a constraint to make the rig component follow that joint.
