Bird/Chicken Foot set up?

Howdy folks,

i have this type of leg that i have to set up :

But i’m a bit at a loss as to how to go about this with mGear, the foot controller would not really work here would it, if i want each “finger” of the chicken leg to bend in its own axis.

I’m very open to ideas and suggestions.

I would say that one of the first thing to do when using starting mGear is to take the guide manager and create a component for each one that that comes with Shifter (classic components) and build those and analyze the differences between them and specially their behavior. Hey, I’m rigging a character that has toes similar to a chicken. I was wondering whether anyone else have rigged something similar, and how to setup roll on the side toes?
