i cant find the option to disable the Mgear hotkeys!
Where can i disable/enable those?

In the Hotkey Editor, under “Custom Script” -> “mGear”
Unless you are talking about pick-walking. That is not mGear. That is built into Maya’s controller tag functionality. Temporarily turning off custom pick-walking

Just to be clarify a little more. mGear will not replace or change your hotkeys. Only creates the custom commands so you can apply your hotkey of choice. And also that you be specifically called from mGear menu command.
The exception can be when you are inside a tool. For example if the focus is inside Channel Master. This tool have local hotkeys. But only work if you have the tool open with the focus.
