Error in Shifter's FBX Export

Hello Everyone! I followed the tutorial on using the FBX Export to automatically import it into Unreal. I have set up both mgear and ugear, but when I try, it can’t export automatically, or an error stops it. As I troubleshoot, I noticed that it may be because the rig file is being referenced from another file. Another thing I noticed is when I click the button in the Unreal Engine Import file icon, even tho the folder is already selected in Unreal Engine, it doesn’t automatically place the directory there image . So, is it because the rig is referenced, or I messed up at some point in installing the plugins in Maya or Unreal, or is there another reason for this?

here is the error message that I get

There are 2 things that you need to check
1: The remote system don’t work with unreal 5.5 and 5.6. A bug was introduced in Unreal engine and we can remote commands. Should has been fixed in 5.6 but still not working.
We are working on that, but for the moment only 5.3 and 5.4 are supported for certain operations.

2: Your error message is about the famous vaccine Maya virus. Is not dangerous but you should remove it. Here is more info https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/maya-forum/maya-virus/td-p/10028053 or Google it for more information. There are plenty tutorias in how to remove it

AHHH, so that’s why the remote system doesn’t work, and yes, I am using Unreal 5.5 and yup Thank you very much that pretty much answered my questions. :bowing_man:t6:‍♂
