Are there any examples of the squash and stretch components?

squash4Sides_01 looks really interesting, I would like to know more about what it does though and I don’t seem to be able to find any documentation.

I had the opportunity to use the module as a creature’s nose. It could be used as a head or foot squash as well. However, the rig would require modification with a custom step script for proper behavior or your needs.
