FK swich to IK Error

When ik ctrl is farther than the ik joint.

Then switch ik to fk, it will be ok.

And switch fk to ik back, the upv_ctl will be the wrong position; The arm was twisted!

The problem is up_ctrl was counted wrong position.

And Did developers consider this situation?
If did, is there another reason cause this situation?

update: I read the ik/fk switch code, I think there is no consideration in this situation. And I add some code to match upv_ctrl when the three are in the line. It works well!
