Hi Miquel, I was the one introducing and setting up mGear for Tequila Works while I was there as a Lead Animator. We implemented along the art/animation pipeline and as far as I know still the main rigging tools for the projects they currently working on. I also did the initial rigging for Gylt characters before I left. Cheers.
