I am using the Epic arm 2, and when I put the ik in root space and move the body the hand wiggle around, if I scrub faster or slower in my anim it gives different result (but when I change my evaluation type it is still broken). Did I do something wrong when making my character?

Do you have “Preserve Children” turned on?

Are you getting any cycle warnings in the script editor? It looks like maybe a cycle or a constraint issue.
But it could be something different. It’s hard to say from just a gif. If you upload a guide+rig somewhere, I could potentially take a look.
What version of Maya? What version of mGear?
I inded had the effector itself as a target…
