I cannot find the viewport menu toggle button!
Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

Can you show a screenshot of the menu?
I dont know if this could help or not, but the problem that no mgear menu in viewport is most of user like me don’t event know that must install Python first, then Install PyMel later ,
So i think that maybe the biggest issue,
We must install Python 3 first then we can have some folder to put those PyMel pakages in
I follow these link to install PyMel , hope it could help . [[ pls remmember to install Python 3 first, as I truggle 3 days before realise that when can’t found folder to install pyMel ]]
