mGear 5.3.2 is available with a bunch of fixes and enhacements:

That includes the windows solvers for Maya 2022 with the springGravity solver added

Hey Miquel, In relation to this bug fix - https://github.com/mgear-dev/mgear/issues/536
tested both combined and separated metahuman both generated by the newer 5.6+ / 5.7 UE Metahuman

  • the combined variant works as expected in 5.3 mGear
  • the separated metahuman does not work with the template, the connection part fails - might be worth noting it in the template notes.

Only thing I either don’t know how to do in the UI or isn’t available is orient constraining. Right now, I use the normal IK reference and break the translates in a post run. It be awesome if I could do that from the control0 UI (prebuild, I know the space switcher rigbit is there, but it’s nice having the switcher in the animators context menu). Just a thought.

one more thing, mirroring leg controls doesn’t work. I think it uses different logic.
