Hi there, I just recently updated to Maya 2025.3.1 on my personal computer and installed my plugins as usual. But I got some issues with mgear, I found the fixed drag and drop install but when installed I can’t see the submenus and access the hypershift or anything else.
I also get this error : " // Installation Complete
// Error: ImportError: file C:\Users\twinz\Documents\maya\modules\scripts\mgear\vendor\Qt.py line 1984: No Qt binding were found. "
The error is telling us that the modeul Qt.py can’t find any pyside or QT version
Can you backup your preferences and crate a new one to install fresh mGear?
Just to be sure if not and issue with your current enviromet

Oh man thanks for the quick answer, it was indeed the cosmos plugin that was getting in the way !
