I installed mGear 4 the installation is sucesfully but the menu is missing
i clean preferences
in a previous version of maya work but in this one don’t
help!!!

So when you say “successful”, you can still access all the modules with Python?

with python I can’t access it, with successful i mean the log message
with python this error occurs
Error: ModuleNotFoundError: file C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2022\Python37\lib\site-packages\shiboken2\files.dir\shibokensupport_feature_.py line 142: No module named ‘pymel’
In Maya 2022, there is an option now to install PyMEL for Python 3. You must select that to support mGear. mGear requires PyMEL to run.
Is there a chance you installed Maya with that option unchecked?

Yeah!!!, I reinstalled maya with that option and solve the problem, thank you so much
