Mocap and Baking animation on the Rig - Rig doesn't work after

Thanks for the great great work.

My problem is simple.
I followed exactly the steps on the youtube channel to import a motion capture data HIK and bake it on the shifter biped rig. The mocap works great.

However I need to perform some animation corrections after the mocap was baked on the rig.
I thought I could go as usual with animation layers in Maya, just grab my arm controller and adjust it.
But it does not work. Instead of that, the controller moves alone, but the bones are not following the rig anymore. Looks like the rig is broken.

Ok I found the solution.
For anyone having the same problem,
Here is the solution: Once you baked the anim on the rig, you must select the global CTR of the character and set the mocap attach to zero. Then create an animation layer and do your adjustments.
