Mocap not attached to the full body

Hi everyone,

I am so glad to discover mGear feature in Maya, the rig works really well and so easy to follow. However, I am currently working on a mocap project and I followed the steps to apply the biped skeleton that seems attached to the actual rig on the control rig settings, but when I change the source to the mocap data only the spine is attached. Can you please explain how to fix this issue?
