S_Spine and Neck bad end scaling


I have noticed some bad scaling on the s_spine and neck components.

It seems like you can fix it by choosing a different axis on the mgear_squashStretch2 nodes. For example in these maya scenes, if you set the nodes to z axis, it resolves the issue.

If this is the correct way of solving this issue, then it seems like there needs to be an option in the components for this, or a better way of calculating the axis.
