I personally adjust the numerical values after adding the pose. Pose01 is always correct. But others may flip due to gimbal locks etc… Because after creating pose01 there are already rbf groups with non-zero values above the controller. So I always check the numerical values. It’s a bit time consuming, but the result is perfect. Don’t forget to execute file>Re-evaluate Nodes after you adjust the numeric values to see the result.
