and the menu appear after this message and disappear after restarting maya.
and can’t load any character after this message

Looks like the plugins are not in the right folder.
Can you check the plugin folder and copy it manually? Maybe was a permissions issue to copy it?

tried what said by copy, found no permissions needed, still not working and can’t see menu, but here with (Maya Creative) found two locations to put module folder.
C:\Users*user*\Documents\maya Maya.env involved
(my situation here)
C:\Users*user*\Documents\maya\2024Creative no Maya.env involved
# FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\Users\Dell\Documents\maya\2024\Maya.env’
and there is no install just put folders in module folder
That’s your problem. Maya Creative can’t install custom plugins. It’s a heavily limited version of Maya.

So i installed Maya 2024.2
installed mgear_4.2.2
Faced menu doesn’t appear problem.
Followed pymel video same problem here:
But i found pymel folders in this path:
C:\Users*user*\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python312\site-packages
Everything working fine, menu and importing character.
