Hi there. On receiving a rig, is there a way to enable the mGear IKFK match and other mGear viewport menu functions when the rigger didn’t enable it (including missing all default arm, leg, spine UI ctls?)

Well, there are no “default” Host UI controls. You can put those attributes on any control you want. So it depends completely on the rig, and how it was setup.
Just in case the problem is that you can’t find the hostUI controls:
- In the mGear menu, check “mGear Viewport Menu” ON
- Right click on the limb. And click “Select host”. The attributes might be on a control you didn’t expect.
If there are missing features from the rig:
It depends what information is missing, and why it isn’t working. If there is just a missing attribute, that could be added. If there are missing components, in theory they could be added. If the IK/FK matching script can find all the components and attributes it needs, it will run, even if you added those things manually.
But it would probably be simplest to ask for the rig to be rebuilt with the features you need, if that is possible.
