Align IK control to world

Hi,

I would like to know how can I align the ik control to the world. I tried out the script from the following link

<3 you guys. TY for all the help. It was a bit of everything that i was getting wrong… lol . . . I guess my dyslexia is not helping either. But it seems to only zero out the transformation in local space for both ik and ikcns ctl.
