This seems to be caused by the foot guide not aligned.
There are 0.001 and 0.002 z-axis moves in the basic guide, but when I changed it to 0, the ik fk was adjusted.
@1114 I’m having this same issue. How did you solve it? I zeroed out the guide z values but the problem’s still there.
