isolateSelect shows up after every Maya action

Oftentimes when I import a mGear guide template or auto fit a guide template to another model, Maya will begin to use this command following any other action/command: isolateSelect -loadSelected modelEditor1;

This is fine for normal work, but slows down the program signifigantly when running heavy mGear scripts. Does anyone know how to fix this? It persists even when I close and reopen Maya.

I find this only happens if I have the Reference Editor or Node Editor open. Try closing all extra Maya editors except the main window, and import or build again.
