Hello beautiful people.
I’d like to give the animators the power and usability of synoptic picker but I don’t want them to rely on installing complete mgear package. Is there a way the picker could be made a standalone and easy transferable with the rig file and not depending on the mgear installation?

So the answer is yes and no, sadly. The benefit of synoptic is only possible due to integration with mgear. But we do have a new version planned for future use and that can be found here.
And that one has not been tied to mgear, yet. But be warned, it is a little vanilla at the moment.
