While in Maya 2020, mGear 4.0.9, the great spaceSwitch function is listed in the Viewport Menu, it is missing in Maya 2023, mGear 4.0.22.
Try it with default biped template, the head. (legs/arms are ok).

Yes! I noticed this also after upgrading to 4.0.22.
it is fixed and available in thenlatest “tag” release
