XSI Set reference poses in Maya?

Hi all.
Coming from many years of using XSI for rigging I got very used to being able to set the reference pose of any deformer in the envelope. Is there an equivalent to that command in Maya? Or possibly in mGear?

Old Softimage user here… What I ended up doing, is first delete the bindPose. Then connect the joints worldInverseMatrix into the skincluster.bindPreMatrix[ ]. [ ] being the joints influence index on the skincluster node.
